Blue Logic is now recruiting an Account Manager!

2011 was a great year for Blue Logic and as a result we are now looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our sales team!

The Role

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be the pivotal regular point of contact for Sales Support queries.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Handling of Sales Support queries, or escalation to ensure resolution
* Development and Management of your own portfolio of smaller service account customers
* Development and Management of new business opportunities
* Preparation of Sales and Purchasing quotations
* Preparation of Support documentation and liaison with customers in relation to these
* Assist with external client visits as required
* Technical pre sale support in conjunction with the Sales Team
The Person

You will have:

* A technical & sales background (preferably in the IT Support sector)
* A good working knowledge of network systems and associated hardware
* An Enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work off own initiative
* Strong communication, interpersonal & time management skills
* Ambition to develop and improve current skills
* Numeracy skills & will be IT literate

You must be eligible to work in the UK.

As this is a rural location, access to your own transport would be beneficial, though a pool car will be provided for any external client visits.
