Blue Logic LogiCare is designed to take all your IT problems away - it is flexible and will be tailored to your individual business needs. Your software depends on reliable hardware for its operation. Our LogiCare contracts contain hardware maintenance & software maintenance covering all your equipment & network configuration against possible failures to give you total peace of mind.

Blue Logic maintain stock to cover all devices we support and in the event of a server failure our top class service team will visit your site to investigate the problem and either repair the faulty hardware, or leave loan equipment if your machine is removed from site to be repaired in our workshop.

LogiCare can also include disaster recovery services to rebuild your server and restore your data should it fail beyond repair or it is stolen. A Blue Logic engineer will attend your site and work as necessary until the server is fully operational with all data restored.

Our service offerings are designed to fit your business requirements and internal staff to either be a fully outsourced virtual IT team or 2nd line defense.  We specialise in all areas of the IT industry from a simple PC or network, to full network security or cloud based solutions.

Help Desk

The help desk is at the heart of Blue Logic providing a solid base to where the day to day work is performed to “the best level of IT support I have ever come across – IT Director Brilliant Media”.  We work hard in an organised manner to give us extra resource to resolve IT issues from the root cause – not surface fix or work arounds. Carrying out health checks on all equipment before closing calls – ensures we minimise problems from re-occurring & creating more stable customer networks and satisfaction levels.

All calls are monitored and controlled to ensure a proper resolution is found, with extensive communication – and that escalations are enforced where necessary to provide a proper structured and rounded solution.

Account Management
