Through our platinum service, we effectively become your IT division within your company, taking control of managing your IT infrastructure whilst you concentrate on the other areas of your business. As a platinum customer your business would benefit from hardware cover, on site engineer days, VIP user access to support staff and many more.
Blue Logic’s gold support package offers three extra key features that aren’t included as standard in our bronze and silver packages. These include unlimited remote and on-site support and hardware cover for individual users. This package can also be tailored to become a bespoke service with additional features.
Our silver package is suitable for all businesses, whatever your size and whatever your sector. It includes everything in the bronze package with the added feature of hardware and virtualization support, which come as standard but you can add others or remove any to suit your company.
Our bronze package is the lowest level of support we offer, however it encompasses a wide range of benefits. With round the clock network monitoring, we promise you a 1 hour guaranteed remote response time on all day-to-day issues, which drops to 30 minutes if it’s a business critical issue.
Bespoke Support Package
