Key Role Responsibilities

  • Posting job ads on Jobsite, Linkedin and Blue Logic Careers page and organising resumes and job applications
  • Sourcing CVs through CV library
  • Send recruiting emails to passive candidates and follow up when necessary
  • Browse resume databases
  • Schedule job interviews

Skills Required

  • Articulate, confident and fluent communicators demonstrating a high level of both oral and written English.
  • A customer orientated approach and focus.
  • Advanced IT skills (e.g Word processing, Spreadsheets, Databases, Internet, MS Outlook).
  • A commercial/pragmatic approach to problem solving.

We have been awarded the 'Best Tech Place To Work Award' for two years running now and are looking for HR Assistant to join our amazing team here at Blue Logic.

Blue Logic is one of the fastest growing IT Businesses in Yorkshire with over 80 employees.  Based between Leeds and Tadcaster, in a rural setting where table tennis, barbeques and outdoor meetings happen on a weekly basis.

Working directly for the HR Manager you will assist in sourcing the best talent that can be found to grow the work force to around 120 people over the next 5 years.

Salary: £20,000 pro rata PLUS excellent benefits including profit share bonus, personal development and training plan.

Hours: 22.5hrs per week to be agreed. 

Your key duties will include:

  • Participating in recruitment efforts
  • Posting job ads on Jobsite, Linkedin and Blue Logic Careers page and organising resumes and job applications
  • Ensure background and reference checks are completed
  • Preparing new employee files
  • Maintain computer system by updating and entering data
  • Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets
  • Orienting new employees to the organisation (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc).
  • Maintaining current HR files and databases
  • Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records within Cascade
  • Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
